That Mulvaney clip is nightmare fuel. Dude is right in the same uncanny valley as AI art.

Of all the forms of ism we're supposed to avoid, sanism strikes me as the most ponerogenically destructive. In the name of compassion and understanding, we must allow characteropaths into our hearts, our lives, our institutions, to rise to the top of the hierarchy. This may be the first time in history that a pathocracy has openly demanded power AS a pathocracy. Which is a sign of how far we've fallen.

Wow, too many things to be said here. I'll say a couple.

First, all men should discriminate. You can't be a man without discriminating and the world needs men. End of story.

Ageism and ableism are real things because they need to be real things. Apply them ruthlessly when necessary.

No man should ever hate. Hate, not what idiots call hate, but real hate, is never part of manhood. Be willing at all times to defend your position against accusations of hatred if your actions do not stem from hatred. No man should claim anything as his or not his unless he is willing to defend it to the death if need be. This is how a man's actions come to be defined as something they are not; by allowing it.

Men's job is to discover what reality is, and then learn to bend that reality to his will, for the benefit of himself and his family, however extended he may choose that to be. Men have the ability to create "extra" based on their knowledge of, and ability to manipulate, reality. Others, not-men, will seek to get men to bend reality to their will, to create extra for them, and they will do this by attempting to bend your will to theirs. They will try this because a man's will is easier to bend than reality, and they are too weak to bend reality themselves.

A man's will is the greatest force for good on this planet. Do not let anyone use it against you.

I have a friend who teaches art history -- you know, course content consisting entirely of slide after slide of paintings and sculptures -- who was forced to come up with accommodations for a blind student.

That was when I knew we were off the rails.

Thank you so much for the Harrison Bergeron reference! Ever since all this ableism stuff has been coming up, I've been trying to remember who wrote that.

I don't try to argue with Woke ideas like a lot of folks do.

But their appropriation of the English language should be vilified. Ableism? Sanism? That is totally ridiculous. Generally an "-ism" is "a system, school of thought or theory based on the name of its subject or object or alternatively on the name of its founder. When de-capitalized, these overlap with the generic "doctrines" sense below, e.g. Liberalism vs. liberalism: A tendency of behavior, action or opinion belonging to a class or group of persons; the result of a doctrine, ideology, principle, or lack thereof."

So ableism would connote favoring the able. And sanism would connote favoring the sane. Not discriminate against the unable or the insane. So there is a confusion right there in their terminology.

Of course, how can a rational person, an honest person, fail to favor the able and the sane? We have the same problem with "fat." Do we want healthy people, or don't we? Healthy people are physically fit, able, and sane. I'm sorry, that's not discrimination, that's just common sense. We can't let our most basic concepts of life, as expressed through our language, be corrupted in the name of "social justice." We can do better by our fat, our disabled, our insane, that's for sure. But this is not accomplished by avoiding the fact that their survival potential has been diminished,

I am most concerned about the apparent situation that many honest and sensible people just don't know what to do about this Woke incursion into life on Earth. We DO have better ways to help people less fortunate than ourselves. They are not well known, as the Woke agenda is already well advanced. But they exist and more of us should learn how to do these things.

Well, hermaphrodites are an ancient manifestation of a type of in-betweeness. They are neither male nor female, or dimorphic, e.g., only males have wings. And this image projects, without the modern political-victim crap, a kind of spiritual connection between one world and another. Sounds crazy, but this was and still could be a spiritual sign, similar to a sybil.

Anyway, thank you for your thoughtful presentation.
