I would look in the works and actions of the Musk cabal for the hand of the Western banker elite, which being always partly covert, is not easy to identify. The ideology of the Musk cabal is remarkably similar to that of the WEF. The WEF program is one that detonates the Great Reset in a way that hopefully leaves the banker elite and their minions safe with their wealth on the high ground above the catastrophe that befalls everyone else..
How the reset takes place in the US looks to be messy for several reasons: financialization that engulfs and consumes the productive economy, massive debt at all levels of society, forty years of deindustrialization, extreme cultural polarization.
